Houska Automotive cares about the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and associates. We understand the concern and uncertainty that COVID-19 is causing in our community. After the stay-at-home order by Governor Polis that went into effect today, March 26, 2020, Houska Automotive has been deemed an ‘essential business’. Automotive repair is necessary and needed, especially for those who are working diligently at hospitals, grocery stores, and more. We are so grateful for you all and want you to know that we are here for you in the case of automotive issues.
We are following all recommendations by the World Health Organization and Center for Disease Control to ensure our shops are disinfected and cleaned.
Houska is also offering the following methods to make your experience as low-contact as possible:
- Free Pick Up and Delivery – this is ideal for our customers who do not want to leave their home. We will arrange to pick up your car, service it, and return it to you.
- Curbside Check In – Pull up to our shop and we will come out to you! We disinfect every car before it enters our shop and after it leaves.
- Overnight Envelopes – Avoid human interaction entirely by utilizing our after hours envelopes at any time of the day.
