How do I make an appointment at Houska?

How can I be sure that Houska is able to service my vehicle?
We service nearly any make and model of vehicles! However, if you’re unsure and would like to check in with us, give us a call and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I get to Houska Automotive?
We’re located right off of Riverside Avenue in Fort Collins, and our buildings and signs make us easy to find! If you’re lost, give us a call and we can direct you to Houska from wherever you are.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your ID, a method of payment, a spare key (if you don’t want to leave your vehicle’s main key with us), and knowledge of your vehicle’s make, model, year and mileage.
Does Houska offer loaner vehicles?
There’s no reason for you to rearrange your schedule just because your car is in the shop. To make sure you get where you need to be, we offer free loaner cars for you to borrow while we service your vehicle. All of our loaner vehicles are automatic, low-emissions vehicles, helping to reduce our carbon footprint.
Does Houska offer a shuttle service?
Bringing your car to our service center isn’t always the most convenient thing to do. We understand how busy everyone is and how everyone has somewhere they need to go. As a token of our gratitude, we offer free shuttle services, so you’re not stuck waiting in our lobby. Even though we make our lobby as comfortable and accommodating as possible, we know people have places to be. Our shuttle service is simple and easy to use. When you make your appointment for repairs or maintenance, just mention that you will require a shuttle to your next location, and we’ll take care of the rest. When you’re ready to get picked up or your car is ready, we’ll come get you quickly and efficiently.
What if I want to wait at the shop?
If you decide to not use our shuttle service or loaner vehicles, enjoy your wait at Houska Automotive! Feel right at home while you wait for your vehicle with free Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, and cold water. Our Tire/Oil center also provides magazines, unique books, TV in HD, a warm fireplace, and checkers/chess to play while you wait.
Can I pick up my vehicle after hours?
You sure can! Give our front office staff a call (with a credit card number handy), and you’ll be all set for us to lock your vehicle in our parking lot! Our lock boxes next to our front door will keep your keys secure until you get there. The advisor will give you a code to the lock box after payment has been secured, and you’ll be able to access your keys and take your vehicle home!
